Violin Repair Program - Expenses

Tuition
34 credits of technical courses and 5 credits of general education credits are required to complete the Diploma in Musical String Instrument Repair - Violin. You may be able to transfer in general education credits from another college or test out of some general education courses.

All students, regardless of state of residence, receive in-state tuition rates for Minnesota. For more specific information, refer to theTuition & Fees page on the Minnesota State College Southeast web site.

Tools and Materials
The cost of required tools, books and supplies is approximately $1260.

Additional
In addition to all of the above, students need to be prepared to cover their room, board and transportation expenses in order to attend the program.
