Band Instrument Repair Program - Expenses
All students, regardless of state/country of origin, pay resident/in-state tuition for the BIR program.
See the program information page for estimated costs for the BIR major diploma or associate of applied science degree. For more specific information, refer to the Tuition & Fees page on the Minnesota State College Southeast website (www.southeastmn.edu).
36 credits of technical courses and 6 credits of general education credits are required to complete the Diploma in Band Instrument Repair. You may be able to transfer in general education credits from another college or test out of some general education courses.
Minnesota State College Southeast Foundation has many scholarships available to our students. Also, through our financial aid office there are a number of grants and loans you may qualify for. Contact Financial Aid for more information.
Additional
In addition to all of the above, students need to be prepared to cover their room, board and transportation expenses in order to attend the program.
